[(12)] (13) in Kent County the rate is 6% a year or
as fixed by the County Commissioners;

[(13)] (14) in Montgomery County the rate is 6% a
year or as fixed by a law of the County Council;

[(14)] (15) in Prince George's County the rate is 6%
a year or as fixed by a law of the County Council;

[(15)] (16) in Queen Anne's County the rate is 6% a
year or as fixed by the County Commissioners;

[(16)] (17) in Somerset, Charles, Wicomico, and
Worcester counties the rate is 6% a year or as fixed by the
County Commissioners or by a law of the County Council; and

[(17)] (18) in Talbot County the rate is 6% a year or
as fixed by a law of the County Council.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages - Caterer's License

FOR the purpose of permitting the Carroll County Board of License
Commissioners to issue a Class BC Restaurant or Hotel and
Caterer's (on- and limited off-sale) beer, wine and liquor
license in Carroll County; establishing certain
qualifications and conditions for applicants; providing for
the scope of this license; requiring the holder to provide
food as well as alcoholic beverages at catered events;
establishing a license fee; providing the hours and days for
exercising license privileges; and generally relating to a
Class BC Restaurant or Hotel and Caterer's (on- and limited
off-sale) beer, wine and liquor license in Carroll County.
