AN ACT concerning

Commercial Law - Equipment Dealer Contract Act

FOR the purpose of altering the scope of the Equipment Dealer
Contract Act so as not provide for the repurchase of

certain repair parts from dealers of certain new

construction, farm, industrial, and outdoor power equipment
by suppliers of such equipment requiring a supplier to
repurchase repair parts from a dealer without a time
limitation; and generally relating to a technical correction
to the Equipment Dealer Contract Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
