SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PROGRAM EVALUATION ACT, THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE AND OF ANY RULE OR REGULATION RELATING
TO THE MARYLAND STATEWIDE ELECTRICAL LICENSING BOARD UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE SHALL TERMINATE AND BE OF NO EFFECT AFTER JULY 1, 1992

(c) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1992, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(17)  State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (§
16-201 of the Health Occupations Article); [and]

(18)  State Board of Environmental Sanitarian
Registration (§ 11-201 of the Environment Article); AND

(19)  MARYLAND STATEWIDE ELECTRICAL LICENSING BOARD (§
532 OF ARTICLE 56).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Program Evaluation Act - The Tobacco Authority

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain provisions of law
relating to the Tobacco Authority be subject to the Maryland
Program Evaluation Act and that the provisions terminate on
a certain date; requiring that an evaluation be made by the
General Assembly of the Tobacco Authority on or before a
certain date; and generally relating to the evaluation of
the Tobacco Authority under the Maryland Program Evaluation
Act.
