COMMISSION UNDER THIS SUBTITLE SHALL TERMINATE AND BE OF NO
EFFECT AFTER JULY 1, 1992 1993.

(c) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1992, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(17)  State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (§
16-201 of the Health Occupations Article); [and]

(18)  State Board of Environmental Sanitarian
Registration (§ 11-201 of the Environment Article); AND

(19)  STATE HEALTH RESOURCES PLANNING COMMISSION (§
19-103 OF THE HEALTH - GENERAL ARTICLE).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Program Evaluation Act - Maryland Statewide
Electrical Licensing Board

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain provisions of law
relating to the Maryland Statewide Electrical Licensing
Board be subject to the Maryland Program Evaluation Act and
that the provisions terminate on a certain date; requiring
that an evaluation be made by the General Assembly of the
Maryland Statewide Electrical Licensing Board on or before a
certain date; and generally relating to the evaluation of
the Maryland Statewide Electrical Licensing Board under the
Maryland Program Evaluation Act.
