[(h) An instrument of writing that transfers title to
agricultural land or interests in agricultural land to the State
is not subject to the agricultural land transfer tax.]

(H) IN ADDITION TO THE EXEMPTIONS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY
THIS SECTION, THE AGRICULTURAL LAND TRANSFER TAX DOES NOT APPLY
TO AN INSTRUMENT OF WRITING DESCRIBED IN SECTION 13-207(A) OF
THIS TITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Controlled Hazardous Substances - Rules and Regulations

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Secretary of the Environment
to exempt certain persons from the requirements of the
Controlled Hazardous Substances Law under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the rules and
regulations adopted under the Controlled Hazardous
Substances Law.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
