(3)  shall [in addition] forfeit to the State [of
Maryland the sum of five hundred dollars (]$500[)] which may be
recovered by the Attorney General in the name of the State [of
Maryland] in the same manner as other penalties are by law
recovered[. In addition,]; AND

(4)  SHALL HAVE the bond of [such delinquent shall be]
THE PERSON, CLUB, CORPORATION, OR ASSOCIATION put in suit.

127A.

[Sections] SUBJECT TO THE EVALUATION AND REESTABLISHMENT
PROVISIONS OF THE MARYLAND PROGRAM EVALUATION ACT, §§ 109 through
113, 115, [117,] 120, and 122 of this subtitle creating the State
Athletic Commission and relating to the regulation of boxing
shows or wrestling matches [are] SHALL TERMINATE AND BE of no
effect [and may not be enforced] after July 1, 1991.

156A.

(b) The enforcement unit shall enforce:

(1)  The provisions of [this subtitle] THE TAX -
GENERAL ARTICLE RELATING TO THE MOTOR FUEL TAX; and

(2)  The provisions of [Article 56, subtitle] THE
"Motor Fuel Inspection Law" SUBTITLE OF THIS ARTICLE.; AND

(3) THE PROVISIONS OF § 148 OF THIS ARTICLE.

157B.

(b) Whenever the Comptroller of the Treasury shall find any
person willfully marketing gasoline and special fuel products in
this State which are regulated by this article and which do not
comply with the prescribed minimum specifications therefor or
otherwise willfully marketing petroleum products in violation of
this article OR THE TAX - GENERAL ARTICLE [and] OR rules and
regulations promulgated pursuant TO EITHER THIS ARTICLE OR THE
TAX - GENERAL ARTICLE [hereto], he shall direct them to cease
such violation, including any further sale or distribution. If,
after such direction, the violation continues, the Comptroller
shall refer the matter to the Attorney General who is authorized
to apply to the circuit court having jurisdiction over the
offender for an injunction against the continuance of any such

violations. The appropriate circuit court shall have

jurisdiction, upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant such
temporary or permanent injunction restraining further violations
as the circumstances appear to require.
