the State Board of Medical Physician Quality Assurance.

SECTION 4. 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Tax - General - Cross Reference and Corrective

FOR the purpose of correcting outdated references to materials in
the Tax - General Article and related articles; conforming
certain terminology to that used in those articles;
providing for the citation of the Tax - General Article;
correcting certain errors in the Tax - General Article;
deleting certain obsolete provisions; making stylistic
changes; and clarifying language.
