Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act are hereby repealed to the extent of any inconsistency.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Transportation - Funding

FOR the purpose of altering certain funding requirements for
certain transit facilities; eliminating and adding a certain
definition; specifying that for certain transit services, a
certain percentage of operating costs be recovered through
fares and other operating revenues; adding certain
procurement requirements; requiring a certain report;
renumbering; and generally relating to the construction,
acquisition, and operation of transit facilities.
