(1)  health, retardation, addictions, and
developmental disabilities;

(2)  medical care programs;

(3)  health regulatory services; or

(4)  administration.

(e) (1) The [14] 15 members from the general public shall
be chosen from different geographical areas of the State.

(2) Of the [14] 15 members from the general public:

(i) [8] 9 shall be handicapped individuals;

(ii) 1 shall be a private citizen with special
knowledge or expertise relating to services to handicapped
individuals;

(iii) 1 shall be from the business community;

(iv) 2 shall be parents of handicapped
children; and

(v) 2 shall be from private agencies providing
services to handicapped individuals.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Cumberland and Shenandoah Valley
Wine Festival License

FOR the purpose of establishing a Cumberland and Shenandoah
Valley Wine Festival license in Washington County; providing
for the scope of this license; requiring the Washington
County Board of License Commissioners to establish a fee for
this license and adopt regulations for implementing this
Act; providing for a date selection for this festival; and
