Ch. 48

(I) ACCEPT OR REJECT THE PERSON WITH WHOM THE
AGREEMENT WAS REACHED; OR

SELECTION.

(II) FOR CAUSE, POSTPONE ITS DECISION ON THE

(2) THE TRANSPORTATION SELECTION BOARD SHALL PROVIDE
REASONABLE AND TIMELY NOTICE OF A MEETING REQUIRED UNDER THIS
SUBSECTION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) of this section is new
language added to state expressly that which only was
implied in the former law — i.e., that the
transportation unit is required to submit to the
Transportation Selection Board the name of the person
selected for the procurement.

Subsections (b) and (c) of this section are new
language derived without substantive change from
former SF §§ 11-156 and 11-157(a)(2)(v)1.

13-313. PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS BY SELECTION BOARD.

THE SELECTION BOARD SHALL MAKE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW
ALL DOCUMENTS THAT RELATE TO THE AWARD OF A PROCUREMENT CONTRACT,
INCLUDING:

(1)  TECHNICAL RESUMES;

(2)  PROPOSALS;

(3)  THE PROCUREMENT CONTRACT;

(4)  SCOPE OF SERVICES;

(5)  PROGRAMS;

(6)  STAFF REPORTS;

(7)  INTERNAL WORKSHEETS; AND

(8)  ALL OTHER INFORMATION THAT RELATES TO THE
NEGOTIATION AND AWARD OF A PROCUREMENT CONTRACT UNDER THIS
SUBTITLE.
