SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland Section 5(b) of Chapter 286
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1974, as amended by
Chapter 262 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1975, by
Chapter 394 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1979, by
Chapter 306 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1982, and by
Chapter 796 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1984; and
Section 5(c) of Chapter 286 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1974, as amended by Chapter 262 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1975, by Chapter 394 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1979 and by Chapter 306 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1982 are hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
