(c) On or before [August] OCTOBER 15 of each year, each
fire department, rescue squad, and mobile intensive care unit to
which money is paid by the County Commissioners [of Charles
County] shall submit a certified financial statement of its
operations for the previous fiscal year to the Board of Fire and
Rescue Commissioners via the Charles County Volunteer Firemen's
Association or the Charles County Association of Emergency
Medical Services. A copy of [said] THE statement shall also be
provided to the finance director for the County Commissioners [of
Charles County]. The statement shall include receipts and
disbursements for the previous fiscal year and other pertinent
information as required by the Board of Fire and Rescue
Commissioners. On or before October 1 of each year, each fire
department, rescue squad, and mobile intensive care unit to which
money is paid by the County Commissioners [of Charles County]
shall submit to the finance director for the County Commissioners
[of Charles County] an audited financial statement prepared by a
certified public accountant.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City - Pub-Brewery License
FOR the purpose of establishing a Class 6 Pub-Brewery License for
issuance in Baltimore City; establishing an annual fee for
the license; providing for the scope of the license;
providing for certain license requirements and restrictions;
prohibiting certain transfers of the license; excepting the
license from certain prohibitions; providing for the
determination of when taxes on malt beverages brewed under
the license are to be levied and collected imposed,
reported, and paid; providing for the effective date of this
Act; making certain stylistic changes; and generally
relating to a Class 6 Pub-Brewery License in Baltimore City.
