AN ACT concerning

Medical Malpractice - Health Claims Arbitration

FOR the purpose of altering the time period within which the
biographical statements of persons on certain health claims
arbitration lists shall have been updated prior to delivery;
and generally relating to health claims arbitration.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

3-2A-04.

(c) (3) The biographical statements sent to the parties
under this subsection shall have been updated within [the year] 2
YEARS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
