Immediately following the
appropriation in line 27 of page
116 of the printed bill (first
reading file bill), to provide
funds for capital construction
and renovation projects at
certain State operated
institutions of higher education,
contingent upon enactment of
Senate Bill 459 or House Bill 769
or Senate Bill 854. These funds
may only be transferred by
approved budget amendment to
36.20.00.01 Support for State
Operated Institutions of Higher
Education and furthermore the
State Comptroller is hereby
authorized to transfer these
amounts to the accounts of the
programs indicated below
immediately upon receipt of the
