it is the intent of the General Assembly
that funds not be expended for the
preparation of final plan documents for
a golf course at Rocky Gap State Park
until the budget committees have
reviewed the preliminary plans and cost
estimates for the golf course and
release the funds.

Further, provided that funds may not be
expended to convert the boiler at
Maryland Correctional Institution
Hagerstown from coal to gas and/or oil
fired until a feasibility study is
provided and approved by the budget

committees indicating it is not

economical to continue using Maryland
