supplement the appropriation for
fiscal year 1988 to provide funds
for renovation costs and moving
expenses related to a
reallocation of office space at
the Baltimore State Office
Complex. Authorization is hereby
granted to transfer this amount
by approved budget amendment to
the various State agencies
affected by the relocations.
