General Fund Appropriation,
provided that this appropriation
may be transferred by approved
budget amendment to the Object
.14 - Land and Structure accounts
of the various units of State
government for the purpose of
implementing certain maintenance
and repair projects, and further

provided that $5,780,421

appropriated for critical

maintenance projects in object
.14 may be expended for that

purpose only. All funds

remaining at the close of June
30, 1989 shall revert to the
general fund.....................
