(e) (2) The fee described under paragraph (1) of this
subsection shall be retained by the Administration and may not be
credited to the Gasoline and Motor VEHICLE Revenue Account for
distribution under § 8-403 or § 8-404 of this article.

26-409.

(a) The form of traffic citation provided for under [§
26-406 of this subtitle] § 1-605(D)(8) OF THE COURTS ARTICLE is a
sufficient charging document for the prosecution of any offense
for which a traffic citation may be issued under this title if:

(1)  It includes the information required under the
laws of this State;

(2)  It is signed by the police officer issuing the
citation; and

(3)  It is filed with the District Court.

Occurred: Ch. 544, Acts of 1985 transferred
responsibility for designing traffic citations to the
Chief Judge of the District Court, under § l-605(d)(8)
of the Courts Article.

Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1987

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the amendment to
Section 6(g) of Article 95A shall apply to individuals who file a
claim establishing a new benefit year on or after [June 1] APRIL
14, 1987.
