(b) (1) An automotive dismantler and recycler may not store
vehicles at the automotive dismantler and recycler's place of
business at a density of more than 500 vehicles per acre if the
vehicles are crushed[, provided that crushed].

(2) CRUSHED vehicles may not be stored on more than 1
acre per place of business.

error in § 15-513(b) of the Transportation Article.

17-108.

(a)  (6) A vehicle owner against whom a presumption has been
made under paragraph (4) of this subsection may submit proof that
THE owner's lapse in required security has been for a period of
shorter duration than the period specified in the presumption.
