Error: Obsolete and incorrect cross-references in §
8-403(a) of the State Government Article.

Occurred: Cross-reference in item (4) became obsolete
with the passage of Ch. 311, Acts of 1987; correction
by the Michie Company in the 1987 Supplement to the
1984 Volume of the State Government Article is
validated by this Act. Cross-reference in item (12)
was incorrect in Ch. 121, Acts of 1986, and further
altered incorrectly in the printing of the 1987
Supplement to the 1984 Volume of the State Government
Article.

(d) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this
section, on or before July 1, 1993, an evaluation shall be made
of the following governmental activities or units and the
statutes and regulations that relate to the governmental
activities or units:

(2) Apprenticeship and Training Council [(Article 41,
§ 7-403 of the Code)] (ARTICLE 41A, § 3-403 OF THE CODE);

examined under [item (i) through (iii)] ITEMS (I) THROUGH (III)
of this subsection.
