Ch. 6                                          LAWS OF MARYLAND

dispose of or cause to be disposed of any used oil by discharge,
dump, or deposit into sewers, drainage systems, surface or ground
waters, any waters in this State, or by incineration or as
refuse, or onto any public or private land unless such land is
designated by the State or by any of its agencies or political
subdivisions as a collection facility for such disposal, dumping,
or deposit and the used oil is placed in a receptacle or
container installed or located on such property.

the Natural Resources Article.

Occurred: § 8-1413.2 of the Natural Resources Article
became Title 7, . Subtitle 2 of the Health -
Environmental Article in Ch. 240, Acts of 1982, which
in turn became Title 7, Subtitle 2 of the Environment
Article in Ch. 306, Acts of 1987.

8-1903.

(b) The Board of Trustees shall consist of:

(1)  The President of the Senate, ex officio;

(2)  The Speaker of the House, ex officio;

(3)  The Secretaries of Agriculture, the Environment,
and Natural Resources, ex officio, or their designees; AND

(4)  10 individuals appointed by the Governor, who
shall represent the interests of local government, education,
business, environmental conservation, and the general public.

Natural Resources Article.

9-202.

(a) A person may not dredge or fill on State wetlands[,]
without a license.

(d) The provisions of this section do not apply to any
operation for: (1) Dredging and filling being conducted as of
July 1, 1970, as authorized under the terms of an appropriate
permit or license granted under the provisions of existing State
and federal law; (2) [dredging] DREDGING of seafood products by
any licensed operator, harvesting of seaweed, or mosquito control
