Occurred: Misnomer occurred in Ch. 108, Acts of 1982;
Ch. 773, Acts of 1985 failed to add the Board of
Dietetic Practice to the list contained in § 2-106(a)
of the Health - General Article when creating the
Board. The Board of Speech Pathologists became the
Board of Speech Language Pathologists in Ch. 478, Acts
of 1987.

certificate, in a form prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner,
a notice which advises that certain individuals may be entitled
to become members of the Maryland Group Health Insurance Plan
under Article 48A, [§§ 598 through 604] §§ 610 THROUGH 616 of the
Code.
