(2) The County Executive of Prince George's County or
a designee appointed by the County Executive, and a member 2
members of the County Council of Prince George's County or a
designee their designees appointed by the Chairman of the County
Council; and
(3) The following persons appointed by the County
Executive of Prince George's County:
(I) A representative of the Director of the
Department of Environmental Resources of Prince George's County;
(II) A representative of the Police Chief of
Prince George's County;
(III) A representative of the County Attorney
of Prince George's County;
(IV) A representative from the Prince George's
County Volunteer Firemen's Association;
(V) A representative of churches in Prince
George's County;
(VI) A representative of community groups
involved with gaming activities; and
(VII) A representative of the State's Attorney
of Prince George's County.
(3) The State's Attorney of Prince George's County or
a designee appointed by the State's Attorney, and
(4) 6 citizens appointed by the County Executive of
Prince George's County.
(C) The members One member from the House of Delegates and
one member from the Senate shall serve as cochairmen of the task
force.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, it shall take effect from the date of its passage.
