AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Gaming

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Prince
George's County to restrict or prohibit the issuance of
certain permits for certain gaming events in Prince George's
County; and requiring the governing body of Prince George's
County to establish a task force to study the effect of
gaming laws in Prince George's County and submit a certain
report to the General Assembly by a certain date; and
providing for the membership of the task force; requiring
certain organizations to disclose certain information before
obtaining a certain permit if the organizations conduct
casino nights involving card games, wheels of fortune, or
roulette and to supplement the information; requiring that a
for a casino night be a certain amount; requiring
a certain annual report under certain conditions; defining a
certain term; making this Act an emergency measure; and
generally relating to gaming laws in Prince George's County.
