AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Manufacturers and Distributors -
Dealer's Licenses

FOR the purpose of providing that a manufacturer or distributor
may be licensed as a dealer if the manufacturer or
distributor is a second-stage manufacturer and deals only in
certain vehicles; making this Act an emergency measure; and
generally relating to the licensing of manufacturers and
distributors as dealers.
