(II) THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL BUDGET
FUNDS FOR CLERICAL ASSISTANCE, STATIONERY AND POSTAGE AS
NECESSARY TO ASSIST THE COMMISSION IN THE NORMAL PERFORMANCE OF
ITS DUTIES.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the initial
terras of members of the Board of Examiners of Professional
Counselors Commission shall be as follows:
(1) 5 members for a 2 year term, to expire in 1989;
(2) 5 members for a 3 year term, to expire in 1990;
and
(3) 5 members for a 4 year term, to expire in 1991.
Thereafter, all members serve a 3 year term.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the captions and
catch lines in this Act are not part of the law and may not be
construed as such.
SECTION 4 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning
Marriage Ceremony Fees - Certain Counties
FOR the purpose of altering the organizations to which the clerks
of the circuit courts for Anne Arundel and Cecil counties
are required to pay a certain amount of each fee for
performing a marriage ceremony; providing for the transfer
of certain funds collected in connection with performing a
marriage ceremony prior to the effective date of this Act;
requiring certain organizations in Anne Arundel, Baltimore,
Cecil, and Prince George's counties to make certain annual
reports to their county governing bodies and to the Maryland
Historical Trust; authorizing the governing bodies of Anne
Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil and Prince George's counties and
the Maryland Historical Trust to request an audit of the
