LAWS OF MARYLAND

(iv) Mortgagees shall receive notice of and be
entitled to attend and speak at such special meeting; and

(v) Any easement, right-of-way, license, lease,
or similar interest granted by the board of directors under the
provisions of this subsection shall state that the grant was
approved in accordance with the provisions of this subsection.

(5) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION ARE APPLICABLE
TO ALL CONDOMINIUMS, REGARDLESS OF THE DATE THEY WERE
ESTABLISHED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, it shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Marriage License Fees

FOR the purpose of repealing provisions of law authorizing the
Baltimore County Council to set an additional marriage
license fee; repealing provisions of law relating to the
disposition of the proceeds from additional marriage license
fees in Baltimore County; making this Act an emergency
measure; and generally relating to marriage license fees in
Baltimore County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
