AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Sunday Bingo Games

FOR the purpose of permitting certain organizations to play bingo
on Sunday in Baltimore City; altering the conditions under
which certain bingo games may be conducted; and generally
relating to bingo games in Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

260.

(a)  In this section, "bingo" includes the game of instant
bingo..

(b)  Nothing EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (C)(2) OF THIS
SECTION, NOTHING in this subtitle shall be construed to make it
unlawful for any bona fide fraternal, religious, patriotic,
educational or charitable organization or any bona fide
fraternal, religious, patriotic, educational or charitable
corporation to operate or conduct a game of bingo in Baltimore
