fiscal year 1987 and to authorize
the transfer of funds by budget
amendment to the Department of
Employment and Training - Office
of Administration (38.02.00.01)
to cover a portion of the general
cost of living salary increase
and the Annual Salary Review and
to supplement funds for
replacement of the roof on the
Westland Boulevard Building to
the extent such expenses cannot
be paid from Federal Funds.

extent that federal funds become
available, an equivalent amount of
general funds shall revert to the
