funds for this appropriation shall be
expended only for the purpose of
retaining and providing employment
assistance to dislocated workers as
defined under the Dislocated Worker
Program and shall not be expended for
any other purpose........................

In addition to the appropriation
shown on page 121 of the printed
bill (first reading file bill),
to provide funds for the
Dedicated Purpose Account of the
State Reserve Fund to supplement
the appropriation for fiscal year
1988 and to authorize the
transfer of funds by budget
amendment to State Grants to
Subdivisions (19.07.00.00) for
its authorized purposes to the
extent such funds are needed to
pay higher grants associated with
growth in the assessable base.
