Special Fund Appropriation,
provided that the Mass Transit
Administration shall not increase

the fare discount for school

transportation beyond the value
of one-third of the prevailing
base fare tariff, provided that
the Mass Transit Administration
may not increase the base student
fare above 60 cents so long as
Baltimore City continues to pay
at least 20 cents of each student
fare and the administration meets
its statutory farebox recovery
requirements.....................
