Article 5 - Baltimore City

16-5.

[(g) The Police Commissioner is not eligible for an

elective or appointed office during the, term for which the

Commissioner was appointed, unless the Commissioner resigns six
months prior to the primary election or appointment.]

SECTION 2. AND. BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, it shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Wicomico County - Gaming Events

FOR the purpose of altering the Wicomico County gaming license
fee for each game held, operated, or conducted at an event;
requiring a fee for each day an event is held; repealing
certain contradictory language; clarifying certain language;
repealing a certain game operation limitation; generally.
relating to the Wicomico County gaming events license; and
making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
