(c) Tort Claims (including motor
vehicles) under the provisions of
State Government Article, Title
12, Subtitle 1 - $906,693. Tort
Claims are limited by budgetary
appropriation and by State
Treasurer's regulations to
payments of $50,000 to a single
claimant for injuries, or
$200,000 to be apportioned among
multiple claimants for injuries
arising from a single incident or
