providing a golf course. The
balance of the appropriation,
$670,000, may not be expended
until the Board of Public Works
approves an agreement with a

developer to construct a

conference center at the park and
the Budget Committees review the
agreement and release the funds.
This project is intended to be
solely an economic development
tool, in conjunction with the

conference center, for a

depressed area in the State and
should not be construed as the
commencement of a new State

program of aid for the

construction of golf courses
throughout the State.............
