SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

PG 313-87

FOR the purpose of altering the fee for assignment or transfer of
. an alcoholic beverages license in Prince George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 74(b)(2)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1981 Replacement Volume and 1986 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

74.

(b) (2) The fee for assignment or transfer of a license is
[$300] $500.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
