"picnic" license, permitting the club owner to sell only beer at
any place other than his regular place of business on Sundays
between 12 noon and midnight notwithstanding daylight saving time
for a license fee of five dollars ($5.) per each Sunday he elects
to hold a "picnic".

(f)  Special license of any class, which shall entitle the
holder thereof to exercise the privilege of such license for a
period not exceeding ten consecutive days at a fee of five
dollars ($5.00), per day, in cases where a license has been
cancelled, revoked, suspended, renewal denied by the local board
or where a renewal license has been granted by the local board
and the court on appeal has reversed the local board's decision,
for the purpose of permitting him to dispose of his stock of
alcoholic beverages; and said special license shall carry with it
the privilege of selling said stock at retail or to one or more
holders of wholesale licenses, and such holders of wholesale
licenses are hereby authorized to purchase same. But nothing
herein shall authorize said licensee to purchase alcoholic
beverages for the purpose of resale under this license.

(g)  Special licenses of any class which shall entitle the
holder thereof to make a temporary removal of the licensed
premises from one location to another where said removal is made
necessary by fire or other catastrophe while said premises are
being .restored, and which shall entitle the holder thereof to
exercise the privileges of such license for a period in the
discretion of the licensing authority but not to exceed six
months. No fee shall be charged for this special license but
the said licensing authority shall be required to approve, as in
the case of original application, the new location to which the
license holder has temporarily removed.

(h) None of the special licenses provided for in this
section shall be issued in any county, or in Baltimore City, or
in this State in case of application for statewide license, if
the issuance of a regular license of the same class is not
authorized by this article.

(i) In Garrett County, a special Class C beer, beer and
wine, or beer, wine and liquor license may be issued provided
that any license so issued may not be for a period of more than
two consecutive days. A fee of $50 shall be charged for any such
special license.

(j) In Charles and St. Mary's counties, there shall be a
special Class D (on-sale) beer license which shall be issued to
any bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', hospital or
charitable organization, for a period not exceeding ten
consecutive days from the effective date thereof, upon the
payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each such license.
