AN ACT concerning

Impoundment of Abandoned Vehicles on Public Property

FOR the purpose of providing for the impoundment of

inoperable or unlicensed vehicles located on a public street or

public utility right-of-way; eliminating the requirement of prior

notice before certain impoundment; and defining the term
"abandoned vehicle".
