AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Ice and Roller Skating Rinks

FOR the purpose of requiring that ice and roller skating
rinks obtain permits for skating or other general admission
special events to be conducted after certain hours, or for any
event featuring live music, or for any event other than skating,
providing procedures related to such permits, and providing for
certain civil fines.
