AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Fraternal Order
of Police, Lodge #89, Inc.

FOR the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County and Fraternal Order of Police,
Lodge #89, Inc., to provide compensation for the performance of
Field Training Officer duties.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 16. PERSONNEL.
Section 16-233(f)(2),
The Prince George's County Code
(1983 Edition, 1984 Supplement).

Effective Date August 4, 1986.
