AN ACT concerning

Landlord-Tenant Regulations

FOR the purpose of making changes to the Landlord-Tenant
Regulations concerning equipment provided by the landlord,
definitions, the Landlord-Tenant Commission, late fees,
procedures before the Director and the Commission, and generally
relating to Landlord-Tenant matters.
