State Archives and Hall of Records Commission - Membership

FOR the purpose of providing for an additional member to the
State Archives and Hall of Records Commission; requiring the
additional member to be the President of the Morgan State
University or a designee; and generally relating to the
State Archives and Hall of Records Commission.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - State Government

9-1003.

The Commission consists of the following [10] 11 members:

(1)  the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals;

(2)   a senator MEMBER OF THE SENATE appointed by the
President of the Senate;

(3)   a member of the House of Delegates appointed by
the Speaker of the House;

(4)   the Comptroller;
