AN ACT concerning

Taxicabs and Limousines

FOR the purpose of increasing the limit on the number of
taxicab certificates; creating limousine certificates; requiring
that trip manifests be submitted under oath; providing for
certain penalties relating to the maintenance of trip manifests;
removing the provision authorizing the transfer of a certificate
when a vehicle is transferred; providing for limited taxicab
certificates; and requiring that a certain percentage of taxicab
trips originate or terminate in the County.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
