AN ACT concerning

Election District Realignment

FOR the purpose of clarifying the election districts as per
necessary every ten years in order to facilitate both the
scheduled reapportionment in 1992 as well as the compilation of
data for the 1990 census.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 8. ELECTIONS.
Division 1. Election Districts.
Sections 8-101 through 8-121,
The Prince George's .County Code
(1983 Edition, 1984 Supplement).

Effective Date of Act July 29, 1986.

Provisions of Section i are effective January 1, 1991.

The Prince George's County Supplemental Higher
Educational Loan Authority

FOR the purpose of creating the authority and approving the
exercise by the authority of certain powers.

BY adding:

SUBTITLE 31. PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY SUPPLEMENTAL HIGHER

EDUCATIONAL LOAN AUTHORITY.
Section 31-120, 31-121, and 31-122,
The Prince George's County Code
