AN ACT to repeal miscellaneous obsolete provisions and to
revise provisions of the Montgomery County Code that relate to:

1.  County symbols;

2.  definitions and rules of interpretation in the
Montgomery County Code;

3.  requirements for publishing the Montgomery County Code;

4.  requirements for publishing summaries of recently
enacted laws;

5.  the legal effect of changes to the Code;

6.  the value of the Code as evidence;

7.  severability of provisions of the Code and bills;

8.  the applicability of" County laws in municipal
corporations and special taxing districts;

9.  referring to. the Code;

10. boundary monuments between Montgomery County and Prince
George's County;
