(5)(7) allow the County to maintain streetscape amenities on
private property, at the sites of optional method
developments and allow OMD's to maintain streetscape.

(6)(8) expend funds to promote and program cultural,
commercial, and public interest activities that benefit
both residential and commercial interests of the urban
districts;
(7)(9) construct minor public facilities not costing more than
$200,000 annually in each district provide additional
streetscape amenities with an appropriation of no more
than $200,000 annually for each urban district;
(8)(10) monitor activities, safety, and comfort needs in public
areas to enhance the safety , and security, and
comfort of residents, employees, and visitors persons
and property in public areas;
(9)(11) allow the addition of a County to use parking fee
surcharge to be used fees for partial funding of the
urban districts; and
(10)(12) provide generally for urban districts in the County.
