AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
25-2.3., heading, Purpose, of Section 25-2, heading, General
Provisions, of Article II, heading, Zoning Code, of Chapter 25,
heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
declare as a policy statement Harford County's intent that the
provisions of this code shall not be intended to interfere or
regulate the use of a person's home with respect to those uses
commonly associated with the enjoyment of the home including
educational or religious activities.

Effective Date September 22, 1986.

Bill No. 86-46

AN ACT to add new Section 1-9.1, heading, County Seal, to
Chapter 1, heading, General Provisions, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide for the establishment of the common
seal of the County.

Effective Date December 8, 1986.

Bill No. 86-47

AN ACT to add new Subsection (42.1) to Section 24-72,
heading, Definitions, and to add new Subsection (o) to Section
24-76, heading, Admission of Industrial Wastes into the Treatment
System, to Article VII, heading, Sewage Collection and Treatment,
of Chapter 24, heading, Water and Sewers, of the Harford County
Code, as amended; to provide for the definition of toxic
pollutants and to further provide for the classification of
industries discharging certain pollutants.

Effective Date December 15, 1986.
