Regulations, and to add new section titles to Sections VIII
through X, to the Harford County Subdivision Regulations (1959
Edition, as amended); to provide for the design and development
of parkways; to provide for the prevention of haphazard and
inconsistent treatment of roadways and landscapes along parkways;
and to provide for the preservation of rural landscapes when
designated as part of a parkway.

heading, Tax Credit for Aged and Handicapped Persons and Other

procedural change in filing dates for tax credit applications.
