AN ACT concerning

The County Roads Law

FOR the purpose of repealing provisions related to the
authority of the County Commissioners to levy annual funds for
construction, reconstruction and maintenance of county roads,
bridges, drains, water courses, public landings, culverts,
ferries, curbs and gutters, and for purchasing and renting of
equipment, land and buildings in connection therewith, and
repealing requirements generally relating to the expenditure of
these funds, and to the titling of property purchased for these
purposes; repealing the requirement that the County Roads Board
meet on certain dates and at certain times, and repealing
provision for travel' expense reimbursement; repealing the
requirement that the County Roads Board appoint a County Roads
Engineer, and repealing provisions generally relating to the
Engineer's duties and compensation; repealing the authority of
the County Roads Board to employ certain personnel and fix their
