"Election Districts"

AN ACT, to repeal Sections 35-7, 35-8 and 35-27 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1983 Edition, being
Article I, of the Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled
"Election Districts" and to enact new Sections 35-7, 35-8 and
35-27 in lieu thereof, to provide for the realignment of the
lines of Election District Nos. 6, 7 and 29.

Effective Date April 7, 1986.

A BILL ENTITLED

"Amendment to McCoole Special Taxing District,
Disposition of Funds"

Be it enacted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Allegany County, Maryland, that the provisions of Section 73-22
B. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County, Maryland
(1984 Edition) be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:

Effective Date September 29, 1986.
