A RESOLUTION concerning

Charter Amendment - Aldermen Residency Requirements

FOR the purpose of amending the Charter of the City of
Annapolis to alter the residency requirements for the office of
aldermen.

[Article II, Section 3 (c) of the Charter of the City of
Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date October 28, 1986]

RESOLUTION NO. 3

A Resolution to amend Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (Everstine's 1963 edition), title "Allegany
County," subtitle "Barton," and any amendments to said Sections,
the said Sections and amendments being the Charter of the Town of
Barton, and to 23 (13-10-Notice) and 24 (13-11-Registration)
Subsection a of the portion of the Charter entitled
"REGISTRATION, NOMINATIONS, AND ELECTIONS."

[Section(s) 13-10 and 13-ll(a) of the Charter of the Town of
Barton, Allegany County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
